While working towards my PhD in immunology and inflammation, I realized that the single most important thing I could do in my life is to help solve the problems we face around climate change and resiliency.\u00a0\u00a0 So, after my PhD, I started my own business working in climate solutions.<\/p>\n
We are living in an incredible time in human history, a moment that will define our species.\u00a0 The best news is, we get to decide how we show up for it.\u00a0 I am determined to show up at my highest human capacity.\u00a0 I invite you to join me.<\/p>\n

When I was born, on a cold January morning, there was 346 parts per million of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In my lifetime, I have seen this increase by over 17%.<\/p>\n
I grew up on the traditional land of the Wailaki, Cahto, and Northern Pomo. I became a doctor on the lands of the Munsee Lenape first nation.<\/p>\n
These lands that I list, have given much.\u00a0 They have given me my creativity, imagination, and hope.\u00a0 They gave me joy with a most beloved sister.\u00a0 They helped ground me, when I felt lost in a city if millions, or alone by myself.\u00a0 These lands have helped me learn about myself and the world. \u00a0\u00a0They have soaked up my tears and echoed my laughs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
